Gratefulness
I commit myself to my program and going through start to FINISH. I want to continue getting better to serve myself and others in the highest way.
I know I’ll keep growing if I keep doing the good work.
Thank you for this opportunity!
There’s a few minutes left in the rest of my day. I am the only one home. I can be a gracious surprise for myself by giving myself a warm hug (done – love it – thanks me for a simple slice of love!)
lots of spiritual teachers – elkhart tolle, pema chodron, marshall rosenberg. Most recently carolyn myss. my high school girlfriends! cat, my hanai mother! jane and chels at work 🙂 when I see the greater truth, via others, or others see it in me, this is when living the most authentic life is inspired… … would like to thank myself — I keep looking for it!
“enough” is being content in the present moment. (It reminds me of my hanai mother, cat ???? – and our shared love for ekhart tolle teachings).
we don’t know it when we’re in a poverty mindset we do know it when we’re at peace
