The world is an amazing place where people do wonderful things. Remembering that and telling those stories to our children and grandchildren is a powerful strategy for change.

I have learned that I fully and deeply appreciate the companionship of a few good friends in my life. I’ve made new friends here and there are a few in the old place with whom I am still powerfully connected. Meeting them, however briefly, is a deep and warm joy that stays with me well afterward.

Wholeheartedness
I find anchored in the word holistic,
all of me.
Blood running uninterruptedly
to and from my heart,
feet tingling in happy company
with thoughts and desires.
Living my life as I really want to do.
