Gratefulness
Pausing into gratefulness halts the worry mind, if only for a moment. Enough to notice the red geraniums in clay pots, the robin in the birdbath, a sleeping dog, my legs stretched out on the chair as I type these words. To take a breath and actually feel it move in and out of the body. Thank you for bringing light to the world through this site. Thank you for the other sharings. Today I will practice enjoying. Thank you Viktor Frankel for your beautiful self.
