Gratefulness
by being a just being myself, as much as is possible……
generosity is a trait that my mother passed on to me…. I am going to make some soup and bread for my friend who recently had a brain tumor. she is doing miracousily well but like Kevin says, she has some needs unmet and has difficulty recognizing them and asking for help….
That I am soul, was before and always will be, long after my body is gone. A soul living in my body…
as Kevin says , play is a vital part of understanding the whole person…so I play as often as possible and with children whenever I can….recently had a day of painting with a 2 and 5 year old! I like to think I am a” free spirit ” as a friend calls me……
there is no way to peace, peace is the way… with mindfulness I get closer and closer to it…… peace , if it’s to be, it’s up to me……….
me to me so all can see… kindness starts with myself, and then …….possibilities are endless
love the wind, and a gentle breeze on a beautiful day, presence of a greater source….
yes, I am retired, love those words, Kevin. Alellulia !!!!
I would say that for me that is what counts the most……validation by someone listening

I love visiting , she has horses, chickens, donkeys, cats, dogs…. we have had writing sessions with her horses at her barn and I will always be thankful for the enormous warm hug she gave me when ...

Happy Birthday! Michael
Why not, you?….. good perspective….leave it to a child to come up with it….

What’s in the way, is the way, love it…
