Gratefulness
I am grateful for my parents, for my husband, and for Donna.
I am thankful for my friend Victor, who helped me defeat the schizophrenia. I am thankful for Shayna who comes on vacation with me. I am thankful for my parents, and I am hopeful that I can build a better relationship with my father. I am thankful for my husband, who lets me run off and come to Hilton Head or to SCA events whenever the fancy strikes me.
Husband can use my patience today and every day, as he becomes more and more afraid of falling, and more incapable of doing every day tasks. As for doing it graciously, I don’t know. I am tired of being treated like a servant by him, and I think if I try to be more gracious about doing things, he’ll just expect me to do more and more things and won’t even try to do anything for himself. There has to be a medium between being a wife and being a servant, and he needs to learn ...
