Gratefulness
I am growing in my ability to bring focus to the things that I am grateful for. I look forward to learning from others.
Seems like others have covered it, but I can just think of being in the moment and enjoying the senses.

I have finally gotten my computer to allow me to enter, “The Gratitude Lounge,” again.
I am grateful for my talents: art and poetry. I am grateful for a safe and quiet apartment, and I am grateful for the many daylight hours of June .

I am only now exploring the second session. Due to interrupted Internet service, I could not participate until now.
Wholeheartedness, to me, means not feeling self-conscious and being engrossed in my talents. It also means sharing my gifts.
Obstacles to Wholeheartedness are feeling unsafe, not having compassion for myself, and isolating myself.

I continue to try my best. I am grateful that it is June; my very best month of the year.
Great observation, Mary Pat. I can just picture a group of people looking up at fireworks; with mouths open, sparkling eyes, and not aware of anyone around them. Talk about being in the moment!!
Yes, Margaret. I, too, sometimes have a hard time when I feel angry at injustices; especially when the perpetrated; are defenseless beings. This website is helping me. It is my goal to move into a consistently grateful way of life. Thank you.
