Gratefulness
I can best be a delight to others by being well-rested, at peace, unhurried, and fully present in my interactions with them.
When I push myself too hard, my parent is a gentle parent, alerting me to my own limits, teaching me to live a quieter, humbler life, right here at home in my body. My body also teaches me about radical hospitality.
