Hi Karen. When depressed I begin to thank for the gifts life is giving me each second e.g. air, water, sunshine (sometimes). And then I thank (in my mind) all the people in my life who gave me a chance, were nice to me, gave me a smile etc. and, and, and. And suddenly I feel love and gratefulness.
