Gratefulness
Sleep. When I don’t get enough, I’m annoyed or disappointed. So maybe when I do get enough and wake up before the alarm, it’d be good to be grateful.
Seeing a need, right in front of me. Then, rather than thinking too much about it and making excuses, stepping up and taking action. Feeling like the situation is given to me and it’s mine to respond to.
