Gratefulness
I really try and be up by 3:30 am each morning. 30 to be sturdy is my exercise. 10 minutes of gratefulness/thankful exercises (thank you demo.gratefulness.org!!!), 10 minutes of motivation/inspiration via video, articles, scripture, books, etc…, 10 minutes of stretching/mediation using positive self-talk, concentrating on the 4 agreements, etc… sturdy = solid foundation/strength/connected & not disjointed. in “aging” but not aging. in gaining wisdom and learning from mistakes yet also gaining energy. I’ve been an educator for 30 years and I’m more fired up now than I was when I started. I really feel I can properly help students, parents, and teachers for another 20 years and beyond! I also gain delight from the lives my children, wife, and my family/friends are forging.
The positives that are improved upon/carried on/used for more positives
I truly try n care for everyone that comes in my path. For those whose care I am entrusted (family, students, faculty, friends) I truly try n give equal care.
In the motel clerk last night Luis. In the breaths i draw. I am able today to eat a meal now. I am thinking of n feel the passion towards making my mark again today in making the world a better place (I am grateful).
I’ve left something untended. I’ve neglected a part of what I need to daily do. my “weeds” are typically too much sugar n not eating as cleanly as I ought to.
I heard someone say on the radio, “I’m saging…not aging”. brilliant! wisdom (including the wisdom that I don’t know nearly enough of anything and want to know more each day), energy, gratefulness, passion, & love coming 2gether more each day.
