Today I am grateful for the lovely time I spent with my daughter and granddaughter Saturday and Sunday. We went roller skating on Sunday. It is something we do together occasionally since my daughter skates regularly. It always takes me awhile to get my “skate legs” but once I do, I can almost skate like when I was a kid. Today I am grateful for the lovely time I spent with my daughter and granddaughter Saturday and Sunday. We went roller skating on Sunday. It is something we do together occasionally since my daughter skates regularly. It always takes me awhile to get my “skate legs” but once I do, I can almost skate like when I was a kid. And, when we skate I have a forever smile the whole time. But, the best part is when it is time for me to head home, my granddaughter doesn’t want me to leave and holds on to me so tight.
