Gratefulness
Through appreciation and gratefulness
The word of the day, ‘The true human is infinitely deeper than the merely human, by Blaise Pascal, inspires me to choose the word “Truth”, speaking from the heart to show up more gratefully… Love this question, it could become a weekly practice
Dear Anna, only after reading your post did I realise that the image iscrelated to the word of the day I mentioned, how woderful ! And thanks for your beautiful words
What a beautiful and useful reflection, thanks, desr Aine !
Dear grateful sea, I love what you saw in the picture! And I am glad that the masterclass was valuable to you, your highlights were mines as well and I appreciate your narrowing down my friend !
Beautiful, thank you grateful sea, I was thinking recently about this picture that my daughter found quite a while ago and I though you may like it
❤️????
Dear Nancy, this is truly heart breaking and scary, and I join in prayers. Beutiful and moving words THenry. I have just seem a post on Glennon Doyle’s facebook page, pointing to actions that can be taken, which could help deal with the feeling of despair. I am not in the US but as the recent word of the day “you are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars” and I believe we are all affected. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1015613685138...

????perfect saying, Aine! and thanks for the update on the course, Iyes, it takes time to choose an interesting one, so I appreciate the recommendation, I am quite busy at the moment, so it’s good to hear ‘September’ , I will keep it mind… I am with you, these days any thing resembling the academic, deadening University system does not pull my attention, and I am all for uplifting, practical and accessible! With grieving, I think as you say, it’s letting go...

With grieving, I think as you say, it’s letting go of the wish to make it all come out the way we wanted, but love is never wasted and the connection will always be there…
Hello dear Anna! Thank you, I am totally with you, God answers when we are humbly ready, your unshakable faith comforts my heart… I think perhaps I see the magical as a metaphor that helps me when I need to feel some wonder in life ????
Thanks for the reminder, more and more I am treasuring freedom. Hope you are well after your op Always Learning
Thanks dear Aine for sharing your learnings on forgiveness, your reflections are helping me. It is amazing how when we pray for help, the problem doesm’t get resolved by itself but the teachers magially appear. I have an account with Edx, I took a good course on childhood behaviour 2 years ago, and I remember the big smile ???? that identifies the happiness course, I hope I can get to take it some time
Dear Ose, thank you, I can relate, and for me the key is when you say ‘without being aware’. Knowing this, I can feel compassion for my past confused self. It is an ongoing process, I was recently stunned to ‘discover’ more unawareness through reading diaries from 10 years ago… But it’s liberating, letting go always is. I remember you ask me once if you may join me in my search for freedom (or something like that)… well, I am so glad I am not alone in...

Dear Aine, I moved across the ocean and as far South as I could, only to one day realise that it had all been a big misunderstanding between my family and I, then I forgave the confusion, unawareness, the not knowing of all of us… today I read something, I think it said ‘a dysfunctional family is one where there is more than one person’ ????
Exactly! Thank you for writing the conclusion about the purpose of suffering, I’d got the idea intuitively but this helps to remember… I was also moved with the meditation, so glad we are sharing, grateful sea
Yes! Her name kept on sounding familiar to me while watching her interview and then flash! I remembered a book that had caught my attention yeeears ago at the book shop ‘the art of extreme self care’, no wonder….
innerpeacemasterclass.com The interviews are on for 48 hours and this one should still be there I think…
Oh, dear Ose, this is so beautiful, my eyes got watery, I pop in and see this surprise, thank you friend… and I like what Nancy noticed : heart petals, I zoomed in and saw them ‘yes!’ … this is just lovely…. ❤️ you have made my week and I am grateful
Amen
