Gratefulness
Don’t do things forcibly, out of a misplaced sense of duty. Rather, seek to heal yourself and find enjoyment in the things you do.
By perceiving anything in the right way – a sparrow hopping by on the pavement, a crack on the wall, the buzz of the factory, a person in the crowd – , it becomes a work of art, and fills me with a sense of beauty. In this way, I am both the appreciator and the creator of art.
Opportunity. (Every situation is an opportunity to learn something; every moment presents an opportunity to appreciate beauty; every struggle an opportunity to overcome and grow.)
Unconditionally.
To take my imperfections as gifts: as opportunities for growth. Also, by realizing my own imperfect state I find it easier to see the imperfections of others with compassion and understanding.
