I have just seem a post on Glennon Doyle’s facebook page, pointing to actions that can be taken, which could help deal with the feeling of despair. I am not in the US but as the recent word of the day “you are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars” and I believe we are all affected.

It is an ongoing process, I was recently stunned to ‘discover’ more unawareness through reading diaries from 10 years ago… But it’s liberating, letting go always is. Dear Aine, I moved across the ocean and as far South as I could, only to one day realise that it had all been a big misunderstanding between my family and I, then I forgave the confusion, unawareness, the not knowing of all of us… today I read something, I think it said ‘a dysfunctional family is one where there is more than one person’ ????
