Gratefulness
Oh for a daily routine, that would be fabulous! I guess I like it that each and every day is different.
This is a hard question, as it sort of implies that I don’t do enough at the moment. But quite often I find that doing less is more. So I should keep practising my meditation as often as I am able and hope that I spend more time in silence. Keep practising my kindness and compassion as often as I remember, and that way I will become more and more trusting, peaceful and the Light of Love will shine through me more and more too. What more could we ask for? :)))
…cautiously, is the short answer for me 🙂
When we get that special glimpse of the Divine in all of us and everything seems to sparkle, not just people or places, but sounds, music, the trees. Little babies and new grandmothers doting over newborns.
Sometimes Grace can be tears.
I guess that my daily happenings must be my children and spouse with all of the variety of moods and events which they bring into my life. I wouldn’t swap it for the world, but it doesn’t stop me sometimes dreaming of a meditation in a certain place every day, or watching a sunrise (what are they again?) :))) Lots of love Deb, P.
Wow, sounds like bliss! :)))
I’m with you on the daily walk through the park, after quietly rejoicing that a parking space was there waiting for me, I get a 5 minute stroll through the park which is always so refreshing for my mind. And I agree that there is something about waiting for the dvd to arrive and much of the time, for me anyway, having forgotten which one I’d ordered! :)))
Thank you, Ose, these words really speak deep into my heart this morning, deep into my still place.
I like that 🙂
Yeah, I soooo much get in the way :))) but even that is a good awareness to have, isn’t it?
Thanks, I’ll watch out for them now :)))
Yes, and there’s absolutely no rush to get anywhere in any case :))) Baby steps will always be enough for me I think! :)))
Sounds like your hearts are still truly connected. :)))
That’s a great way of looking at this question. Yes, we are the ones we so often exclude, or have excluded, but with Love and compassion we can learn to let ourselves in a little more each day. Thank you.
Thanks for answering so thoroughly, it helped me to get started with this difficult question. As you say, we usually have valid reasons for excluding others. To include them might cause us some measure of hurt, we become vulnerable.
Yes, babies twinkle with magic (when they’re not hungry!).
Wind rushing through the wheatfields 🙂
I very much agree. When there’s a wind moving the trees, sometimes it makes the leaves sort of sparkle, but not sparkle so that the eyes see the sparkling, maybe I mean there’s a vibration to it. There is the magic of the wind and there is the magic of the tree and there is the magic of the tree in the wind and the magic of that recognition, realisation. If you take some time to watch the wind swaying a tree, you might notice a similar swaying in the inside of you as it soothes. (I onl...

Yes, when we let go of trying to be joyful and just be, perhaps Joy loves to visit.
