Gratefulness
a few ideas to maybe strengthen your appreciation/gratitude this season: savor your meal by eating slower than normal. every bite is a gift. give thanks before AND after the meal. you’re blessed to have food. help clean/put away the dishes, especially if you didn’t cook. take out the trash. cleanliness is next to Godliness. 🙂
resilience, despite the negative climate in the world
my speed. instead of rushing around with daily activities i should slow down and notice things
eat dessert first :). in other words, enjoy every moment
that most people are good people, doing small acts of kindness everyday that don’t get noticed, and that there’s still cake 🙂
giving has increased my propensity(big word for me 🙂 ) to give more because of the joy that giving brings to others.
a change in perspective has allowed me to be open to the other person’s point of view, thereby making the situation less tense
worry would instantly melt away like ice cream in 90 degree weather, with sprinkles 🙂
entrepreneurship and donuts 🙂
a photo of my family on my desk and that delicious blueberry muffin waiting to be eaten 🙂
opportunity. the opportunity to enjoy or grow from whatever comes today
bubbles 🙂
be grateful=be happy

My approach to taking action is through art and hopefully has helped people see ho...

My approach to taking action is through art and hopefully has helped people see how much we have. Again, your articles are always right on.
