Meditation is a important tool. And the respect and empathy.

Of course it didn’t so clean compared with the machine… but it’s another point ????
In the past, I cared what people might think. But nowadays, I try to allow myself feel and express my feelings.
Some situations I most outrageous expression of gratefulness: I speak alone on the street, I sing my favorite song alone in the car, I look at the sky and smile, jumping to cross the street, I embrace someone (I love embrace old ladies). I bought raspberries and ate alone sitting on the floor. I went the mall without my shoes and had a lot of fun, observing the people...

Giving thanks for a new day has coming and the opportunity to be grateful for everything in my life.

During the dinner, my husband said about his headache during all day. He felt a little sick, because he didn’t had lunch.
We talking about it; how many people living without food around the world. We reflecting about their headaches, other pains in their bodies and their pain of the soul.
Just one day “without food” it was unpleasant, we can’t imagine many days without nothing. It’s so sad.
I’m grateful for the dinner that I made yester...
I’m grateful for the dinner that I made yesterday. Rice prepared with cereals. Grateful for every single person that provide these food in my table. All process until get it in my hands. I’m grateful for the kitchen stove, the refrigerator and I’m grateful for the money is enough to buy the food and pay the bills.
Thinking about this daily question, I remember the people close to me that in a different moments, showed me contentment. Thinking about who is a role model for contentment, I consider Brother David like my model. His face, his words, his all life is a example of contentment.
