What is my body asking for or needing right now?

To begin with ….It is not “my body”.

Since the body ( all three of them ) is only on loan to me, it is created by the Divine Wisdom and maintained and sustained by the Holy Archangels of the elements. So it is TRULY, only, their body. And their works are far beyond anything human intelligence can comprehend, ….. but improper use of the mind ( one being lack of understanding of who we are relative to who they are ) does cause interference in their great works.

So the question is rather ……

.“What is my ‘assigned Holy Archangels of the Elements, Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Uriel and Shamel’ , asking for or needing right now?”

Simple answer: Nothing but Awareness.

Awareness of the great work these Emissaries of the Divine Wisdom are performing unceasingly, never asking for anything in return. But Awareness (being an act of Love) does make their task easier. Being relaxed is proper awareness, Conscious breathing is proper awareness…..Contemplation, often, of …”Who am I”, is proper awareness, ….Listening to the heart beat saying .”I love you” again and again, is proper awareness, Giving “Thanks” to the heart beat” is proper awareness….this list could get long

What kindnesses have I experienced?

It is “there” every time I have show kindness by being kind to another being and all the way through to ….pausing to appreciate nature. And this giving it is immediately reflected back…. but 7 times stronger.

A site which is built off of the good works of Illuminated humans such as Brother David must surely acknowledge the reflective nature of our Being-ness ….giving kindness is putting “Creator Spirit” into the “Go” of Br D’s….”Stop, Look, Go” and the “fruits” are returned in a “marvellous unfolding” as Br. David graciously expresses it here …..

“as humans we need to plug into the creative power that achieves this marvelous unfolding by saying our willing “Yes!” to belonging. Christian tradition calls this Creative Power “the Holy Spirit”-the “Creator Spirit.”

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23).

Imagine a society that brings forth fruit of this kind.

What keeps me from the simplicity of a given moment?

To be kept away from the “simplicity” ( IOW …turned away from “Soul’s beauty” ) …… is to be drawn into any of egoism’s three tricks..

1) Identification with thought
2) Identification with emotions
3) identification with physical body

Question: How do I want to be remembered?

The best, the truest, “re-membering” will occur when my loved ones and I meet up again in future earthly incarnations ( not RE-incarnations). We will re-assemble are carry on with our mutual Soul experiences which are, in fact, character development experiences. As it is said, “Sow a Character, reap a Destiny”.

Therein is the proof positive that each of us are but ‘rays of our Spirit-Soul’ gathering our earthly-human experiences and, yes indeed, “Walking each other Home”!

As an Essene Christian I immediately received your example of a daily neighbourhood walk as a flowing metaphor for the journey we , each Spirit-Soul-Being, take on our journey(s) into the lower-three dimensional- earthy existences to gain experiences. ( The Prodigal son parable when understood correctly …not the one most Christian religions interpret it as ….some sort of punishment! ) it is here on our earthly “walks” that we gather our experiences, meet and connect with other ‘like mined’ Souls ( more often then not from the same Monad ) and eventually return home, divesting our temporary characters of all but the loving – truth resonating -experience, like we take off an outer layer of clothing we don’t need when back in our house. Those loving-truthful experiences are then dutifully recorded on our Permanent Personality/ Permanent Atom ( our individual Akashic Record so to speak ) and off we go down into another ‘earthly’ experiences, meeting past and new Soul-beings, gaining experiences and “walking each other Home” again.

How do I show my respect for others? How is it a mutually fulfilling gift?

I will use a Sufi parable to reflect what “mutually fulfilling” can potentially be within this experiment called “Humanity”.

The Prophet said, “There are some who see me by the same light in which I am seeing them. Our natures are one. Without reference to any strands of lineage, without reference to texts or traditions, we drink the life-water together.”

A graceful Sufi Parable about this hidden mystery:

In the courtyard of the King two groups artists were pondering which group were the better artists.

The king said, “We’ll settle this matter with a debate, ” One group began talking, but the other group wouldn’t say anything. They just got up and left.

The talking group suggested to the King that they each be given a space in the courtroom to work on with their artistry, the two groups would face each other but be divided by a curtain until one of the groups declared they had completed their artistic display.

The King agreed to this proposal and gave names to each group. He called them “Talking artists” and “Not Talking artists”.

The “Talking artists” asked the king for a hundred colors of paint and silk. Each day they came to where these were stored and took them all and used then on their art wall. The “Not Talking artists” did no want any materials of any kind, they simple went to their side of the courtroom and began cleaning and polishing their wall. All day, every day, they simply made those walls as pure and clear as an open sky.

( a poetic pause: The “Not Talking artists” knew there is a “way” that leads from all-colors to colorlessness. They knew that the magnificent variety of the clouds and the weather comes from the total simplicity of the sun and the moon.)

The “Talking artists” finished, and they were so happy! They beat the drums in the joy of the completion of the art work.

The King entered their side and he was astonished by the gorgeous color and detail!

Then the “Not-Talking artists” pulled the curtain dividing the two side of the courtyard.

There the “Talking artists” figures were shimmeringly reflected on the clear “Not-Talking artists” wall. They truly LIVED there, even more beautifully, and always changing in the light.

The “Not-Talking artists” art is the Sufi way.

I concur with your wisdom here. We have dropped down to this lower vibrational level to gain experiences and make Our Spirit-Soul-Self richer by it. It is a false notion that “negative” experience(s) are not growth giving .

The “Word of the Day” elected by the moderators contains the essence of the quote I posted yesterday …re: The Holy Spirit the “creativity give” POWER of the Trinity is in every aspect of our being-ness at all times. We only require sincere awareness of it being “there”…some call this “faith” and correct “reasoning” thinking and understanding is available to us.

Sower , where do you think “Heaven” is ? No human as a Holy Monad, with but a single ray of itself, emanating out to gain earthly experience(s) EVER leaves its “Heavenly” home.

I don’t know about Stevenson/Tucker but any Human Being with even only a slight ability in Introspection will find out for themselves that they “Incarnate” and with a bit of sincere practice can detect, from those findings, Who they are beyond name and form. (And please, no, not “Reincarnate” …that is an Eastern religious misconception. Humans never lose their origin, their Spirit – Soul-Beingeness, therefore no “re-ing” anything but for re-entering this temporary – three-dimensional- earthly plane.)
