Gratefulness
The gift of each moment and breath to wake up, celebrate, honour, enjoy, choose, live and serve as best I can. My relationship with spirit, truth, beauty and the endless manifestations. The dear ones in my life, past, present and future. ???????? …
…my husband, family, close friends, extended family, friends, community, Mother Earth … with ongoing practices of prayer and self-care, which make it all possible. A blessing indeed …
Funny how easily I forget to thank breath for her gentle, rhythmic, steady gift. Life!
And so to remember her blessing, I sit, breathe, deeply in … and out … trusting … re- member
Letting go of everything others wanted, needed or expected of me and scads of old stories, judgements, beliefs from the past
Learning and practicing to be my own best self in the world in right relation with the Creator, her creatures, the people and environment around.

Caring less and less what others say, believe or think, within reason – of course 🙂 Listening more deeply and attentively for spirit in the mix, and following her lead. Finding tons of joy and beauty. and loving it!
Delighting in new paths and possibilities opening up as the old ones fade away. Letting go of perfection and learning to love myself, the people and world around me more and more each day.
Ignoring lots of things (and people, organizations, troubles) I considered important in the past. Embracing the people and things that are increasingly simple and important to me now. Loving life as it is, not as I want/ wish/ desire it to be….
