Gratefulness
I am in the flow when actively focused, engaged and doing something which I value and enjoy, which requires my full body/ mind. Feeling safe, relaxed and supported are key. When in flow I feel connected with people and life, more engaged and committed.
Hi Aine,
Thanks so much for the beautiful reminder, to practice kindness toward oneself and to find a place of calm, which lays the foundation for kinder interactions with others. I am not sure why I find this such a challenge, but I do.

Dear Anna, I am so grateful for your reflection and to know that this resonates for you. I often feel like a voice in the wilderness.
I just found the source I was seeking so offer this in hopes it is not too much. In Consolations, David Whyte writes about courage. He challenges the cultural bias, “to run bravely against opposing fire, to do something under besieging circumstance… to be seen to do it in public” …

Antoinette,
Thanks for your post! I too seem to be invited to make friends with those darn demons these days, to ‘welcome and entertain them all’, and to ‘meet them at the door laughing’!
I do hope there is more joy and lightness in befriending those darn demons. Hurrah for the path of forgiveness!
Warmest wishes for your day, and whoever you meet ????????…
KC
