Gratefulness
I’m not sure how to read the question. So I am thinking I have a background hum of anxiety that is there. I know the something that has been on my mind bothering me. I would be crazy excited to know I would not feel that nagging any more. That leaves me with the realization that I have an opportunity to nurture some other mind quality. – loving kindness, equanimity. I am not trying to get rid of the feeling but I can bring forward a certain response.
I think I have a limiting belief that I can manifest the desires of my soul, or what I really really want for my life. Some of those desires are buried behind my thinking that for me it’s ok to accept less. For me to move beyond this is to challenge these beliefs. However they are never overt, just always lurking and playing in the background. So continued awareness is the way forward.
I’m not sure what my life is. I think it is a journey to reveal and express the divine within me.

Thank you for the reminder by asking this question. I may not be able to remember it at the busiest moments but I can set an intention to have awareness. Then it is possible this will incline my mind in that direction. Moments of awareness build closer together instead of being in an habitual mode. That is what I work on every day in some way or other. I love how this site keeps me in tune with these thoughts.
The gifts are innumerable because we are so interconnected. Any time someone else has done something unselfish or thought about the welfare of others I have benefitted. Any time someone uses their talent or gifts so others can succeed at something I have benefitted too. I could pass it on by being open to seeing what I can do for my fellow man. What contribution can I make? How can I honor their contributions?
I am in the flow when I trust the ups and downs of life and I let spiritual principles guide my thoughts and actions. Easier said than done but worth following. Practicing mindfulness and kindfulness helps I think.
when I reflect back on any difficult interaction I always see that I could have been more kind to myself or them by being calmer first. If I had taken a time out/ journal time/meditation time I could have been less reactive
Every year the grass grows, no one has to teach it. The universe is a miracle and we are all divine. There are no mistakes. We can trust in life and become more divine. Spiritual laws are reliable and this gives me hope.
Doing my best really matters to me. Applying what I know to live the best life possible moment by moment and not forgetting what is most important, respect, kindness, caring, appreciation, gratitude, generosity, Being willing to change and grow is really important to me because it gives me great purpose
every time I feel grateful I feel happy to some degree. Gratefulness helps to balance my life. Its wonderful to be able to share these thoughts and feelings on here because I think that makes gratitude even more powerful
First I have to invest in myself, take care of myself, value who I am and listen to wisdom available and so when life calls I am ready!
I can only see one thing at a time. Gratitude will lead me to see the good as opposed to finding fault.
Giving of anything for me is so rewarding in what it brings back to me, feelings of well being and fullness inside. It is as the prayer states: ” When I give, I receive”
by treasuring diversity, and respecting myself.
A few situations come to mind when things were stuck. When I took the high road it had a chance to unfold and life was more pleasant.
wishing you patience to take it easy and strength to persevere, Ursula.
