Gratefulness
A friend at work listened and offered support and guidance because of some stressful situations. Just when I needed it most. Thank you Nancy.
The dream of being happy and at ease in my work environment.
Keep our own light burning brightly. Align with our true spirit and our loving kind presence and non reactivity becomes our guide in responding to others
I”m most aware of spiritual teachers , writers and authors who say it is okay to be who you are. I like to watch/ read biographies because that spotlight reveals other people being authentic or not. In my desire to live a meaningful life and connect with others everyone important to me inspires me to be authentic
When I feel grateful for what I have, I have enough.
The voice of self compassion never fails me.
Be mindful when eating. I try to remember to do this. Bless the food and all the people involved in getting it to the table. Its another opportunity to be grateful and to realize that we all depend on each other.
It feels wonderful and centering.
The fear of being myself
My intention during the day and my commitment is to be aware. I must say this puts me in touch with all kids of states. rushing, impatience, anxiety, wanting, not wanting, judging. I hope that by bringing kindness to myself during these times I become more grateful because kindness releases me to naturally be grateful.
by being open to receive, mindfully listening.
Love is a divine light that heals us all. It can give us a different experience of life. It can change our inner and outer world because it shines it’s light on the shadows in our lives and they are not there any more. Sometimes I think I am unaccustomed to that brightness.
To believe in a bigger me. To act as if, knowing that I am divine instead of staying small.
My family, my spiritual practice, my friends, my health, our democracy, conservation of energy, social justice
my faith in my faith and in the goodness of others and power of universal love. The light is more powerful than the dark
I see fragility in any change we face or loss or disappointment. Its there waiting for us. I see resilience as what is developed as we endure. Gratefulness helps us both to appreciate the fragility and to soften the resilience.
This is a good reminder to be grateful. Grateful for all I have. and for the abilities that I still have.
forever open to learning
I think I am influenced by a past and trauma in my past that makes me hyper vigilant at times and on guard sometimes and really not half aware of the potential that I really am. My true nature is disguised to me as I live out old patterns and fear based beliefs without always knowing that I do. Its like these served as coping skills growing up trying to survive and to live more fully I gotta open to a bigger possibility.
friendliness. On another scale strangers keep the world moving and going and without them showing up for work I would not be able to function like I do now.
