Gratefulness
My Dharma friends.
I have no idea. Much work to be done.
You got me.
I feel like when I do that something is wrong. I’m trying to force joy. Joy shouldn’t be forced where I’m from, it should be cultivated, from the inside out.
Smiling may be a good practice I simply do not refute that.
We just don’t force smiles where I hail from.
My Mother. I will let her know by sending her an ecard here.
If I can alleviate someone’s suffering, then maybe someone’s selfish battle can turn into fighting not for oneself, but to benefit others.
I think of Wayne Dyer speaking about the Dao when I read about the Unknown.
I have my freedom and a chance to break the cycle. I eat plant-based and am not starving, the house is stocked with organic foods. I strive to be grateful daily and not follow resentful states of mind anymore.
SEEING ALL THESE NEW FACES HERE! I KNOW IT BECAUSE I AM SMILING RIGHT NOW!
I stand to uphold the energy of righteousness I know I was born to. Justice, truth, and compassion light the way.
Do not think that love in order to be genuine has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired. Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies. ― Mother Teresa
