I know i can be abrupt and short with my husband but often do not realise until i have said what i have said. Pausing would be good for me to take stock before i make comment. 1 Reply Kevin6 years agoKevinI have long been aware that when I was working with people in a professional capacity, the longer my pause was before I responded to a particular situation the better the outcome was for everyone involved. In my personal life, however, there is always room for improvement in this department! 3 Reply Cintia6 years agoCintiaSituations happens all the time. My own thoughts sometimes made me crazy and I react for nothing… I notice I’m able to pause when I listening my heart. Situations are noisy, but the heart whispers. So, I need keep silence in order to hear my heart, my best counselor. Only when I do this, I can pause. 3 Reply Malag6 years agoMalagYes, I can.
