No time for judgements living there! ???? 6 Reply travis6 years agotravishow you do that ? )) i mean regularly ? i’m journaling and yes i’m more happy and kind in the moments,but i’ve felt real grtitude only twice and i want to get it agaib ..it exists i know but want to be happy all the time..so hard and simple at the same time ) 2 Reply sparrow6 years agosparrowHello Travis… I journaled all my life but only found real gratitude when I began specifically journaling gratefulness. It taught me to be grateful by reminding me of my gifts. I don’t think we can be happy all of the time and it is not my goal anymore . . . being at peace with what is is. 2 Reply Doreen Nixon6 years agoDoreen NixonIn the practice of mindfulness when you are in the moment, the future and the past cannot exist. ...only the ever present Now exists. If I find myself thinking of the past or the future, I shift my thinking back to my breath and that brings me back to the present moment...the eternal Now. That is where peace resides. Going with the flow in life and releasing resistance to what is will bring joy. Happiness is fleeting and depends on outside influences where as joy is internal and comes from the h... I don’t try to eliminate or not see thorns, I just make it my mission to know where they are to avoid getting pricked so that I can get closer to the roses themselves.
