Gratefulness
Are you drawn to deepen your conversations? Or turn them towards what may be uplifting, inspiring or transformative? The following are some questions to help us identify or reflect upon the gifts in our lives that we may otherwise miss. Much of our lives are lived in relationship to others and grateful conversations are another way of furthering our commitment to truly living gratefully.
A fun way to work with these questions is to write them out on little pieces of paper (or download and print this PDF), cut and fold them up and put them in a bowl. Choose a time when you are gathered with others (at the end of a celebratory meal perhaps), then pass the bowl around and invite folks to pick out a piece of paper and answer the question.
Thank you for opening your eyes and heart to truly having, and contributing to, a grateful holiday season and a grateful world!

I have been loosing precious moments in messy thoughts and impulsive actions. I have lost precious opportunities and precious people. Life has been generous to me. I am so sorry for loosing the best and grabbing the worst.
