Sometimes it is necessary to reteach a thing its loveliness…in words and in touch…until it flowers again from within, of self blessing.
I read this week’s question just as an old friend from childhood (haven’t seen or spoken to her in over 15 years, we’re connecting on Facebook) messaged me on Facebook to ask how I’ve been. We got connected in a round about way (too long to describe here). When she asked me how I was I said “I’m doing well, how about you?”. I realized that my empty answer may have indicated that I didn’t want to talk or connect with this person – when in reality the op…I read this week...

This question has me thinking both about how I would answer this question and how others may answer the question. It’s easy to push away deep conversation.
