Gratefulness
God. My husband. Lorraine. Katharina’. Cathy. Cori. Cheryl. Diana. Emily. Alanon family. My priests, Fr. Thomas and Fr. Boyd.. These people touch my life daily or weekly with their love, prayers, support, guidance, story and acceptance. I am very grateful to them♥️
When I’m out in the woods walking, sitting in a creek – turning over stones for treasures, or at the ocean playing in the waves.Listening to music – dancing and singing. The truth is – NOT enough. Great question!
Both. What I’ve realized lately though, there hasn’t been enough time to be the creator. This fills me with sadness. I feel like I’m squeezing art in on the side.
Acceptance.????
With intention. Rising from bed to see the sunrise. Walking, observing everything in nature with reverence. To the ocean to listen to the waves and play in the sand. Back to the mountains to watch the sunset. Cup of tea and a bit of chocolate with friends and family. Telling those I love ‘I love them’. ????????????
Awareness of what’s deemed imperfect. Can I change this? If I can, pray and ask God for the guidance to do so. If not, acceptance of the imperfection . Noticing an imperfection in myself after a diagnosis of spastic torticollis, made me so much more compassionate to anyone who has an obvious physical challenge. My compassion has grown beyond physical to embrace most everyone with any type of challenge – emotional, mental spiritual . To wrap my heart aro...

Listen. Show up when possible Walk. Pray. Listen some more. Love unconditionally.
As a tree lover, tree hugger, planter of trees, photographer of trees, where do I begin? Under the Willow tree was the first place I felt safe. A place where I could be alone with thoughts, dreams and play! I sled here in the Winter and dreamed in the Spring and Summer! Very grateful for all types of trees.I believe we need to have stronger ‘greenspace’ laws in the USA. I believe all people need to have native trees in their yard – giving more oxygen to the environment. Very...

Creating more quiet time to listen for the still small voice of guidance, love and wisdom ♥
With love, tenderness and appreciation ” ????
Clear away all that you don’t need. Make time for listening and walking in nature or wherever you find yourself. Breathe. Name one thing you are grateful for. Today mine is an unexpected beautiful snowfall. Say thank you. ❄️♥️
Well said. Lately my creative time takes place elsewhere. Not with regularity, ease and breath.♥
♥️
Isn’t it wonderful to have variety. I feel the same way Francine. Thank you for sharing.
So true Palm. Said with simple love and knowingness. ♥
Eva…so true. My father taught me early in life, asking is always okay. I can handle no. I can’t accept not asking. ♥
Me too!
Agree completely ♥️
This is my goal as well. ????
