Gratefulness
This was a tough one. When I think of my childhood, I mostly think of being told not to do things. I was a keen observer of everything that was going on, and I tended to wonder at an early age about the why of things. How did I get here? Am I really here? Are these really my parents? I used to scare myself with that sort of stuff. But now I can see how caring about the meaning of things could be a gift.
I think decluttering and getting rid of possessions that no longer serve me will help me to live more simply in many ways. Also thinking before I buy!
The list is long, but I am just getting started with this practice, so I will pick the first thing that comes to mind. I would miss my excellent health. Today is my 61st birthday, and I am just about to leave for Crossfit class. I’m not very good at it, but at this age I am grateful to be able to attempt it.
I do love it Sheila! I didn’t expect to! Thanks so much. Blessings.
