Yesterday evening, despite being quite tired, I went to an event remembering a woman who dedicated her life to help and live with young refugees and homeless people. She passed away 2 weeks ago, and in her honour people came together on the ‘Heldenplatz’ (heroes’ place) in Vienna which played a dark role 80 years ago.
We lit candles, some persons including our president remembered the lady in their speeches, and it was a political event at a moment in which politics seem to take a turn to radical and excluding positions once again … More than 20 years ago, we also had an ‘ocean of light’ event for the very same purpose, including people from other countries rather than speaking against them, as did some political leaders …
Thousands of people holding lights on february 2, which is also a light holiday since ancient times (we call it Maria Lichtmess, in other cultures known as ‘la Candelaria’ or in Celtic tradition Imbolc) is a powerful and important sign!Blessings on everyone, have a good week-end! ~

Hello dear gratefulness community Just want to greet everybody here and say that I’m okay. Happy to read from many bew and old friends and wonderful grateful experiences, including Cintia’s ‘good’ news! I prayed for you Cintia! Also Ose’s profound ‘shifts’ impressed me very much! Hope I haven’t forgotten other importantbexperiences as I haven’t been able to follow regularly. I having a stressfup time at home since both my kids have been ill with hard cough (bronchitis) for the whole week, after we had celebrated my older son’s 14th birthday more than a week ago. They cough hard but this diesn’t mean theyare unable to quarrel or be challenging with me, on the contrary! I am busy so much that old patterns of bad reactions in stressful momemts have come back lately, and I am struggling with myself about that. But I know I havevto be gentle with myself about this, because I am performing in a miraculous way despite my own health challenges and I often wonder how this is possible.
I also have learned that being online is often more of a stress and so I try to rest and make shamanic journeys with a CD or some meditation audio when I have half an hour for myself to restore my body and soul!
Thank you for your good news, beautiful pictures and staying positive everyone! On my mibile phone I am sorry to say that I can’t see all the pictures, but I can see Cintia’s beautiful flowers!
Have a nice day/ evening and good week ahead! ✨????????
Blessings
Hello everybody, and welco me to the new ones here! And of course the’old ones’, too! Aine, Mary and some others who haven’t written for a while … How are you??
Happy 2018 to you all, again!

As Manda posted such a beautiful picture, I wanted to write about our yesterday family walk, late at night … My brother-in-law and his wife were visiting us, and we decided to have a walk with Sunny in the woods, the full moon shining and very near to the earth … a special one as my sister-in-law had read in the newspaper!
It was magic, the moon and the clouds which went by with ‘full speed’, the colours around the moon, the path in the woods lit by the moonlight … And our ‘little wolf’ Sunny with a blue light on her so that we can see her when she is runnuing between the bushes and trees …
I also went to see if my candle that I had lit in the afternoon near a S. Antonio’s statue which is up the road at the entrance of one of my ‘wood paths’ was still burning … It was and it looked beautiful! I had found it in the department of the candles for the cementary, but with flowers all over and it didn’t look like a cementary candle at all! My children loved it and said it was a candle for the table ???? but I told them it was for S. Antonio who always accompanies me on my walks … And I often met him during my pilgrimage, too! He must be kind of a brother of Saint Francis, S. Francesco, Franziskus! And he actually was in his company!
So I love to see the candle now when I pass by and have a stop at his ‘santuario’, always saying a prayer, sometimes the ‘Abwun d’baschmaya’ (Our father) in Aramaic which I learnt recently, visualizing the original meanibg of the words! I love it!
Have a peace filled and beautiful day everybody!
Happy 2018 !!
Enjoying, laughing, loving, soaking up the energy and keeping it for myself instead of giving it away!
Thank you so much for this deeply touching story! As Sheila says, it is so heart-warming! This is what I needed at this Christmas time!
Thank you so much, Diane! Well, I do hope that I am a light un the darkness, but as I am human, I have also my dark sides.
Wanted to say that the event turned political in a positive way, because standing up for our and everybody’s human rights is always political!!
The title is “Heal your body” both in English and German!
Ciao Anna, if you want to try something in addition, I recommend you some affirmations secondo Louise Hay! I have fiund a site in Italian: www.louisehay.it, and if you look for “affirmazioni Louise Hay mal di testa” you can find even a page from that site especially referring to headache and migraine!
I have bought a small book with affirmations by Louise, following the symptoms you have, which is not expensive and very helpful! I know that there is even an affirmatio...
I have bought a small book with affirmations by Louise, following the symptoms you have, which is not expensive and very helpful! I know that there is even an affirmation for hernia, too! I’m sure that it exists also “in italiano”.
Blessings and be well! ????
Hi Anna, I have also done the St Martha’s prayer and grateful you are sharing it!!
I feel very blessed lately, and have received a prayer/energy and Trauma treatment by phone by the healer who has written the prayer books including St Martha’s prayer! It felt wonderful, our Sunny lying beside me totally relaxed … so I didn’t have to worry for the sofa or other objects … (my son permitted me to use his room, so it was easier for me to relax)!
I also ...
I also want to share that I have placed a candle at the bottom of a Saint Anthony’s statue and sanctuary which is at one of the “entrance paths” to our woods, and I love passing by and looking if the candle is still burning, especially at night when I can see it from the distance … Since my pilgrimage, Saint Anthony is a steady companion, I find traces of hime everywhere I go, so I am confident he is supporting and accompanying me! Thinking of this community!
Blessings to everybody!
Dear Diane, I am just catching up a bit here and very tired, but I certainly am including you in my prayers just now!! Get well!!
Thank you for the Story, Niels!
Strangely, something similar happened to us (although I don’t hope for a cat “attack”). We have “rescued” a dog recently and she is the most friendly being I have ever met! She even managed to “reconciliate” my neighbour who has hated me/ us for the past years and who is now extremely friendly with me (this has just been turning out 2 or 3 days ago).
We have also met an “aggressive” cat which...
We have also met an “aggressive” cat which our dog kept away from, but in general I admire her friendliness towards everyone, be it animal or human being, and her ability to turn nearly everyone in a smiling person!! She is even healing our family, I feel that and I am so very grateful for this!
🙂 Same is true for us! even the 27 years!
Thank you for that, Aine! I have had the grace of experiencing what you are talking about just a few days ago, and it is life changing!
I long for my self compassion to grow!
Hi Anna,
I have just found your post. Well, I have to say that holidays are always stressful for me. We left a couple of days for the lake district near my home town, and I had a big lack of sleep. Our Sunny woke us up at impossible hours, and anyway getting up in the morning during “normal days” is too early for me – I didn’t sleep very well and very much lately.
So these past days were very difficult for me. During the holidays my husband went out with the dog most of ...
So these past days were very difficult for me. During the holidays my husband went out with the dog most of the time, now it is my turn. If I can’t because I want to go to bed again after everybody has left the house, Sunny will destroy our sofa which has bigger and bigger holes … and other things. Sigh! Normally she is a good girl, I have to say. She is a good companion on our walks and can be released sometimes so she can run, and she comes back (sometimes when she is too curious about something I have to wait a little, though ????). Yesterday, I was happy a friend of mine took her for a walk, because I had to stay at home, I didn’t feel well (already the days before, but I thought I had to “perform” normally) … Now I am better and already working again in the household (even yesterday, I did some work because the guys are always soooo slow!), and I also studied with my younger son who had a test today.
Now they have left for basketball and taken Sunny along who will go for a walk with my husband. I try to relax, but it isn’t easy for me. Guess what, I have done various washing machines already today!
I am praying that my mood and confidence that all will be better soon are improving, because this last time I felt a little discouraged … So your prayers are very welcome! Thank you, Anna!
Greetings and blessings to everybody here! I have little energy to post something myself, but when I get news about someone who has improved or found courage here, this is always very de-lightful for me!!
See you soon here!
Btw Anna, I sent the video to two pilgrimage friends who live in Vicenza yesterday …
Best to you for 2018, Anna … Get well soon but take the opportunity of being ill to relax! This is what your body wants you to do!
Tanti auguri ????!
Vielen Dank, liebe Diane! You got it absolutely right! … Although I posted my wishes a little early!
My intention was to post a video here (in English) I had received from my ‘little’ sister, but it didn’t work. It was about letting all begative things behind and start a year of positive ones. A clock showing all negative things fade as the hand advances in the last minute of 2017, and new beautiful things popping up with the hand starting the first hour of the ...

A clock showing all negative things fade as the hand advances in the last minute of 2017, and new beautiful things popping up with the hand starting the first hour of the new year! So be it!
Best wishes, blessings, health for you and all people on Earth, dear Diane! ☀???? Happy New Year!
Thank you Cintia! Beautiful words!
Blessings and hugs to you! And best wishes ????????
Cintia, so good to see you! I have often been thinking of you and if I remember well, not so long ago I saw a post of you here but didn’t have the time to answer (at the moment I only check in sporadically).
Thank you for the Polish Birthday song! This year I have made a friend who is originally from Poland, so I will be able to surprise her with some Polish words …
Obrigada! 🙂
