Thanks to all who care about me here! Today I didn’t walk, of course. My guide and doctor says tomorrow I can walk a little bit, of course (!!). Everybody here is relieved for me and with me and really astonished that I seem to do well. Well … I have a few painful points and I suffered a bit today but more spiritually than from physical pain. That’s the harder one for me! But I have learned once more that Iam held in the hand of God! Aine, joking is good, and so did I!...

Thank you all for your prayers and loving Words, dear Gratefulness Community!
My health and my loved ones. Yesterday I fell down a stairway late at night and I am happy to be ALIVE!!!! All the Guardian Angels have protected me so that I only have a wound and hematoms. Our doctor and all the others cared for me so that I didn’t have to go to hospital. The fear is only coming now – yesterday I was just shocked. Thank you God for protecting and saving me! ????
My upcoming pilgrimage to Assisi in Umbria / Italy and its surroundings on the “di qui passò Francesco” path, of course! As my son said recently and accurately, the greatest pleasure lies in the anticipation!
I will try to post some pictures in the Gratitude Lounge! ~ Ursula
One extraordinary gift are wise words from wise people, some of them timeless, some coming to you at just the right moment.
An example of such wisdom is Rumis poetry, and today’s Word of the Day is one of my very favorite ones: ‘Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase ‘each other’ doesn’t make any sense. Rumi<...

Thank you, Christina! I think that’s it, the ‘how she does it’. Learning a sense of cintentment and stability is probably what the world needs most urgently! Blessings to you!
Thanks Kevin, turns out that I had very similar thoughts today when thinking of my children, without having read the Question for today! Especially the ‘rolling up their sleeves’ part speaks to me in this context! Have a good day!
Dear Gina, this is for you as I think I read that a friend of yours was diagnosed with a brain tumor … Today I received a video saying that a German female researcher found that methadone, a drug substitute, killed cancer cells in lab when given together with chemotherapy. Dear Gina, this is for you as I think I read that a friend of yours was diagnosed with a brain tumor … Today I received a video saying that a German female researcher found that methadone, a drug substitute, killed cancer cells in lab when given together with chemotherapy. They also interviewed a patient with a serious brain tumor who had been diagnosed some years ago and was supposed to die after only a year, but is now cancer free thanks to methadone given in addition to chemotherapy. They also interviewed a palliative doctor whose patients are living longer with it. Methadone was given to his patients as an analgetic. Pharma industry is not interested in research it seems as methadone doesn’t cost much. I hope your friend can be healed and I’m praying for her! Blessings to you as well, Gina!
Dear Kevin, I wish you to get better and better each day and to be able to do the things you love soon! Maybe Belleruth Naparsteks General Wellness Audio Tape could help you, too? Mary suggested it to me some time ago and I love listening to it! Best & blessings, Ursula
Happy to see you here Kevin! I prayed for you and am glad all went well!!! Ursula
Blessings from me, too, dear Carol! The description of your experience is stunning and has left me almost 😉 speechless … Thank you!!
Wow! That sounds great!
A beautiful image and beautiful metaphor, Kevin! Thank you! Ursula
Wishing you a wonderful Holiday dear Pilgrim! And maybe it can be sort of a “pilgrimage” for you?
My blessings to you, and the Blessing of San Francesco (please have a look into the Lounge) :)) – URsula
Praying for you to get better soon, dear Christina! And thank you for your posts!!
Blessings, Ursula
I fully share what Mary has said! Ursula
Dear Kevin, as I have just written in the Gratitude Lounge I am planning to make a pilgrimage to Assisi and St. Francis’ Country. If all is well I will start in almost one week’s time. I will certainly think of you, dear Kevin, and many people have told me that St. Francis’ “vibes” which he left there are perceptible even for people who aren’t religious at all. So I am confident that those powerful thoughts that I may send to you from Assisi and/or su...
So I am confident that those powerful thoughts that I may send to you from Assisi and/or surroundings will have a healing effect to you (well it will be my modest contribution, I know that you have excellent doctors, I am sure countless people will pray for you, and I know that God is always with you)! Much love and blessings, Ursula
Thank you, Betsy! Wonderful to read! It gives me the hope and the feeling that I am not alone and likely in a similar transformation which will lead to something new and beautiful! I love the butterfly Image – I got a beautiful butterfly made by my sister and my two nieces recently, and it was like a symbol of what is going on in my body and spirit at the moment! Much love to you, Ursula
Aine, I admire your and your husband’s love for each other! Beautiful!
Best of luck, Anna!!!
Thank you for that, Kevin! That is a good prayer for me, too! Hope you are doing ok with your back, btw. You wrote about your decision for surgery, I am confident that your decision will be supported by Him/Her (Words likely aren’t able to describe this reality) you have devoted your life to. ~ Many blessings, Ursula
