I turn to Gary Chapman's 'The Five Love Languages'.. Gifts, Words of Praise, Quality Time, Physical Expression or Acts of Service. Everyone has one that speaks to them most, so for those in your life every day it helps to try to express across that spectrum. A smile, a sincere word of thanks, a hug or kiss (as appropriate), etc.. anyways, any sincere expression of care will be perceived as such, so don't worr...
