What I learn from moments of awe is complete loss of the self, the presence of wonder fills me up and for that moment the world ceases to be. A lightness too I have noticed.
Moments of awe make me stop and feel full of wonder and alertness.
I have learned to be grateful for each time I stop become aware, look with curiosity , and go for what ever opportunities present themselves!
I believe awe moments are found in our everyday lives and we don't have to wait for the extraordinary to feel awe. In fact, quite the contrary!
I’m so very grateful for learning to fall in love with each moment over and over again unfolding before me.

I’m inspired by the wonder of it all.
So beautiful,
What do I learn from moments of awe?
Nothing!

Br David’s quote …””peak experiences” as decisive for an understanding of religious faith. In our peak moments, we experience existential communion with an ultimate reality that transcends our own limited self. This experience is so basic that we cannot reasonably doubt its insight. It makes no sense to ask, “Is this real?” because what we encounter here is the reality that sets our standard for all that is real.”
there is so much greatness and beauty in nature, people, events. the “awe” moments inspire me…humble me…bring joy…remind me of collective connectedness. truly thankful
When feelings of awe occur, I am reminded and rejoined to past moments of awe; that I experienced them, they do occur and will continue to. It reinforces my gratitude.
Such moments remind me that there is always good in the world no matter how dark it may seem at times.
Whenever such moments arrive, I have learned over time to take it all in, to feel the depth and breadth of it, and to say a silent prayer of thanksgiving.
