A cup of coffee, green and brown reddish trees I can see through the window because it’s autumn here, coworkers (mostly) silent on their computers ????
The sky looking eastward has tinges of red and yellow as the night gives way to dawn. And there are birds aplenty, a chorus really, flitting from branch to branch outside my window waiting for the light that always comes, wrapped in waves of chilly springtime air. I am sitting, breathing, sipping strong tea and in the time it took to write three sentences the light has rushed to showcase one tall distant pine tree that soon will fade among the many. But at 5:09 AM I saw it and I am glad that it ...

When I bought my apartment, I knew I wanted it right away. What I didn’t foresee is the beautiful light it gets: the front room flooded with it in the morning; the back portion rich with it in the late afternoon/evening. I feel so fortunate to have it–I can’t move!!
