Gratefulness
I keep it simple: grateful for all sentient beings and for those who show love.
A perspective of peace.
By living today, really living it.
Stay quiet.
Presence.
Inner work implies awareness, awareness leads to action.

Leaving opinion out of the equation. Just look, just be.
I defer to Thich Nhat Hahn who says the miracle is not walking on water, but simple walking on the earth.

No next, only now. Smile’ please.
Oddly perhaps, the first thing that comes to mind is touch. A cooling breeze on a hot and humid day, our beagle on my lap on a cold winter evening., a hug with my wife. Even when someone does us a favor, we call it touching.
A mystery, the only mystery. A mystery to cherish. Flow with it.

Remember Bobby McFarrin’s hit: “Don’t worry, be happy.” It comes solely from inside.

Your logo says it all, does it not. Let go, indeed, but float in the love that envelopes you. Yes, it all passes in the flow – of love. Be peace.
