Gratefulness
I keep it simple: grateful for all sentient beings and for those who show love.
Advocates of peace!
I like the wisdom in Verses on the Faith Mind: Don’t seek the truth, just cherish no opinions.
The opportunity to be aware. Nice!
Whenever I see a baby passing by in a stroller and she or he and I share a quick smile. What, joy! The adventure is in the hope that the spirit will spread.
Be aware, be present, demonstrate the value in calm.
You are right, Kevin. We can only start with our presence and see what developes.
Just BE (capital letters intended)? ????
That kindness always rules our thoughts and actions. That we are empathetic and compassionate. And that we demand that of our leaders and they demand the same of us.
Bring them peace whenever possible.
Moving more mindfully, more peacefully. As Gandhi said: There is more to life than increasing its speed. Hey, it worked for him in meeting his objectives.
As an appreciator: It allows me to see and hear without the interference of my own thoughts.
I agree with those who pick the early morning. It is not only a time of energy and potential but a time when the mind can be as silent as it is possible for it to be.Thoughts have not yet “ramped up.”

A deep breath, in and out, followed by a ????????????
Peace! ????????
Stop, look, go (aka love).
That is any day, is it not? I will live in acceptance of the moment. And smile.
My parents have been gone decades and I am in my late 60s yet I remember their constant kindness to me, my wife, and the children. They were always the calm in any storm.
Instill stillness.
Peace in the heart, peace in the world.
