Gratefulness
A fear of facing problems. Facing ourselves. Stop complaining and actually finding solutions requires work.
The wisdom of never giving up. Every life occurrence works together when viewed in a positive light.
The 4 Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Matthew 25. Acts 4:32–37. John Brown Biography by W E B DuBois. James Cone Liberation Theology books. Mind, Body Code by Mario Martinez.
I would truly finally follow my growth plan of speaking with 50 people a day (I’ve never met) about mindset, grateful living, anxiety, purpose, passion, significance > success, how education system can do so much better using these very principles and values. weareworking2gether. org http://weareworking2gether.org/blog/how-to-mess-up-the-american-education-system
We are direct recipients of accomplishments from those before. Also, I truly feel that I am receiving energy from everyone. When we all are living our best selves…we will collectively do better. Because our best selves looks out for our brothers n sisters n all of our children.
in terms of my imagination, using my “mindsight” and not my “eyesight” helps me to “see” possibilities. it gets me out of my “box” and moves towards a great life. creating goals out of my “longings” are enriching.
Falling down + getting up + learning = growth
serenity…hmmmmm serenity for me is “in the zone” like at my calmest yet doing something/performing an action. I mean, yes, at the beach early in the morning w waves and a breeze is serenity for sure. it is a place for calm reflection. I wake at 3:30 most mornings and do demo.gratefulness.org around 4 while all the kids and wife are asleep…so yes that is serenity. however, speaking w students or parents and connecting is serenity. back in my high school and colleg...

My mom
I am grateful my profession is my vocation n it is serving students n families. I am working to extend the reach of my services
I put a reminder on my phone to breathe. every hour it pops up n whatever I’m doing, I stop and oxygenate my brain. I took breathing and my heart pumping for granted. I am very grateful for my movement abilities and work daily to keep them intact for as long as I am blessed w them.
I am grateful. When we bless the meal, we give thanks for the miracles and the sweat involved
Empathy. Seeing the good in everyone n everything. Not rushing through the day n missing opportunities. Beginning my morning w my 30 to be sturdy will set my mind n intentions towards tenderness n toughness.
fun!! real!! honest!! encouraging!! positive outlook on life!! knowledge seeking and reading!! loving!!
Rush a news show, take the microphone n proclaim “stop letting the bad n the evil rule ur day. Live gratefully n claim ur power u already possess! Rise up 2gether n feel our collective goodness!!”
How Can I Serve Others. Believing in my message/content to the point that I can’t help but deliver it each day to everyone I meet.
Jesus. he lived simply, spoke w clarity, spread love and power (i.e. power in self love, helping others, placing people ahead of profits/prestige), and spoke truth to power. The more I study the prophet Muhammad, I am certain I will find the same.
I have grown to the point where (much more frequently) I begin to react and catch myself before I actually react. living grateful plus teaching “accurate thinking” and how to recognize our “thought holes” has helped immensely.
money lack
as the place of possibilities and opportunities that it truly is. putting out grateful energy, love, how can I serve energy, and working 2gether is greater than being divided resolve.
