Gratefulness
with capitalism in place, less and less each day. from that standpoint, nature offers me another reason to organize collectively and take actions that will benefit our children, grandchildren, and beyond. The nature we are blessed with now gives me life and energy. It gives me real faith that we will bring back as much as possible of the nature we have lost.
living in respect for others and for everything is synonymous w living in gratefulness. it keeps me open to life’s possibilities and opportunities. when I live with a lack of respect for others and when I live in a lack of gratefulness/thanksgiving, I truly close myself in almost all situations to what would help me in my life.
I feel generous continuously and give what I have (which many times is not too much hahhhh). but my spirit is to give and I am so thankful for that spirit.
Babies are magical. The miracle of birth is enough to teach joy. the miracle of each day we are given is reason for joy.
as I read the question today out loud, I immediately thoughts of Les Brown the speaker. He has a stirring riff regarding saying yes to your life!! and he shares the African Proverb of when there is no enemy within, no outside forces or enemies can do us no harm. yes to dreams and possibilities and yes to the actions/work it requires to make them happen.
sadness. anxiety. depression.
each community I am in (home, work, friends, social media) brings me joy and energy. my vibrations and energy add to wherever I’m at and I receive as much or more than I am giving. Practically speaking, thriving occurs through the joy. Getting to the joy while navigating daily negatives and systemic roadblocks requires learning “accurate thinking” which I work to teach and model. A day of “messing up the system” is always a joyful and energetic day.
how you do anything is how you do everything. giving full effort and doing my best in all that I do helps create the habit of living wholeheartedly. when I “put my heart in it” I am giving my best effort. there is a joy, purpose, and intention in living wholeheartedly
it is truly a miracle. I am grateful for all the intricate parts. it is teaching me that I treat it with a lot of respect. it is also teaching me to go to the next level and truly do even better.
it is where I am/we are able to create a home. it is where grateful starts and ends each day. my community of Inglewood, CA is much maligned (except for the shiny, new, gentrification inducing football stadium being built) but full of amazing and wonderful people. I am thankful for and live in gratefulness where I live.
Debbie Hughes. Her deepness of caring. Her appreciation for each day. Her respect for all living things. Her belief in the goodness of people.
I desire a spirit of collectivity vs competition. I desire that the people orchestrating and engineering the pain we see in the world are either forced towards collectivity or somehow open their eyes to the need to move away from a competition economy/government. my desires are that my children inherit a world of peace, collectivity, and no lack.
my family. the ability to communicate. the ability to create. love.
I would “speak with” via words, flyer, email, phone call 50 people a day regarding my curriculum for schools that enhances/creates positive school climate, helps student-athletes, promotes “accurate thinking” as well as positive mindset.
Exactly. I agree. I heard Eric Thomas say yesterday say there really is no procrastination. It’s just not important. it’s a matter of priority. it’s a matter of focus. which comes down to breathing, grateful, positive mindset, accurate thinking, and doing it. thank you for the morning wake up question!
my wife. encouragement. tangible assistance. genuine love. fun. other than that the grown ups in my life are in group form at different “work” sites. so the other individuals would be my children who provide me part of my “why”, they are fun, they teach me life lessons each day, and they give genuine love. I am each day and all day grateful

the splendor of the day. I’m blessed w 24 hours to create. I’m grateful for this day I woke up to and I will appreciate if fully by going at it with full intention and mindfulness and actions.
I do! even to the point that when kids/grown up respond “I’m ok” I ask “for real for real??” n they have to confirm that they are ok/good hahhhh. it’s a really amazing day each day “building credit” w people.
I am learning to appreciate oxygen. the act of breathing deeply on a more continuous basis makes a real difference.
