I’m a morning person through and through! My cat is usually at the foot of my bed watching me when I awake. I stretch loudly and welcome the new day. I feel so grateful for it. Then it’s on to the glorious first cup of coffee of the day and my morning daily meditation books. 4 Reply Kevin7 years agoKevinAmen to this! I always find core Peace within the practice of coming back home again and again to the breath. I cherish the practice of stop, look and go which help me anchor grace and gratitude in daily life. I cherish being able to serve in whatever capacity I am able. 3 Reply Kevin7 years agoKevinI love this, “I cherish the practice of stop, look and go which help me anchor grace and gratitude in daily life.” 🙂 3 Reply « Previous 1 2 My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
