I especially cherish my (very) early morning time for writing, reading and reflection.
…and Celtic Naturebased prayer, to connect with the ancestors and be grateful for all they did to make this moment so real, so rich….
I too, Susan, cherish early mornings. I’m a morning person through and through! My cat is usually at the foot of my bed watching me when I awake. I stretch loudly and welcome the new day. I feel so grateful for it. Then it’s on to the glorious first cup of coffee of the day and my morning daily meditation books.
Amen to this! We…the early birds!
I cherish early mornings as they are a fresh start to a day.
I cherish the moments of the hete and now when my mind is still in the perfect present. I always find core Peace within the practice of coming back home again and again to the breath.
I cherish the practice of stop, look and go which help me anchor grace and gratitude in daily life. I cherish being able to serve in whatever capacity I am able.
I love this, “I cherish the practice of stop, look and go which help me anchor grace and gratitude in daily life.”
