I’ve had a stressful couple of weeks at work and I have not been sleeping really well. This morning I woke up with about 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep. My body felt so rested it was a wonderful feeling. So hard to describe though. Grateful to feel back to normal
This morning i was gong upstairs to put my lingerie on the condo terrace and I met a woman, T, with whom I had a dialogue about some condo matters. in this condo, my father is the administrator, he keeps a sort of responsibility about financial matters and all other matter related to the normal life in such a little community (9 families). Luckily, we all have good relationships, we are friendly linked, and in a lot of situations we helped one another. T helps my father, she prepares the budget,...
T helps my father, she prepares the budget, that we approve during a meeting. she is so precise and she really takes care of my father, focused to get the things in the best way.
After the meeting on the stairs, I rang up at her door and I thanked her, for her care of my father. She was moved and hugged me, I was moved and hugged her. We were grateful.
Thursday evening with my dad. we were talking about maybe the 4th different topic and I felt in my body a relaxed but happy sensation of nothing else matters right now and I’m really glad I get to still have these in the flesh conversations w him.
Last night, dialysis was very tough. It was a very long 4 hours in that chair. When I was well enough to leave, and could stand up and walk to my car to drive home, I was grateful beyond measure. I felt weak, but strong at the same time. That is something to remember… even in our weakest moments, we have strengths. ????
You are an inspiration!! You are going through dialysis and still being grateful!! Bless you.???? Peace, Sheila
At sixty-seven years old, I experience feelings of gratefulness for my body each and every day; gratefulness for all the body parts that continue to work; gratefulness for the diseases I have avoided to date; and I remain especially grateful that my body, for the most part, carries out what my mind desires it to do, from tackling a task, to finding where I left my Tylenol.

When I meditate I allow myself to sit with whatever is and I feel a sense of homecoming. No matter what feelings or sensations are there wisdom tells me it’s all ok.
I feel that gratitude in my body is when I’m pain free and able to move gracefully in whatever I’m doing.
In the space of every present moment gratitude feels like the inhalation and exhalation of being alive. Im alive and I’m grateful.
I see the beauty of the sun shining on the freshly red and orange-colored tree in front of me, smell the scent of the change of season and feel so grateful to be alive. It is a warm heart-filling sensation, radiating out, sharing. Have a beautiful day you all out there!
I would like to add that overwhelming gratefulness was present in me most intensely, as if the sun was shining inside out, full of thankfulness for this experience with these extraordinary teachers I referred to yesterday. They were so humble and full of love, guiding us so full of care and I felt my heart overflowing in gratitude, felt humbled and so happy being with all who were there.
Experiencing some time out with my adult daughters. I felt my heart glow.
How do you experience feelings of gratefulness in your body?
Every time I re-charge my physical-etheric double with “the Light”, the light of Etheric Vitality, ( That which is called “Daily Bread” in prayer). “Gratefulness” is in the feelings of warmth and sweetness as the body responds to that “re-charging” I am giving it.
When was the last time you felt this?
About 7 hours ago when I did a “re-charging” while riding a public transit bus heading for home.
