Our hearts hear the call through stillness, always. Am I open enough to listen? Are we together able to see and walk the way which is not yet visible? Faith to meet the still unknown from moment to moment. Trust in the hands we reach out to one another, and leave behind what we need to let go. To walk side by side, one heart. Wherever you are, I see beauty. 2 Reply Patjos7 years agoPatjosThank you, Ose, these words really speak deep into my heart this morning, deep into my still place. 1 Reply Anna7 years agoAnnaI can offer myself more fully to the world when i forget the exaggerated consideration of "me" as essential to the care of the world. There are many things that can be solved - not by big government nor world leaders nor international treaties - but by each one of us, doing our part to make this world a better place. Frank Melli 2 Reply Always Learning7 years agoAlways LearningI am doing what I can, with my current physical and monetary resources, to be fully present to my family, friends, caregivers, and community. The phrase “more fully” might imply that we are not doing enough… which might be true. Rather than asking for more, I will choose to celebrate what I am doing. Perhaps the thing I can do is to encourage others to participate, thus evening out the weight of efforts. ????????❤️???????? 4 Reply Susan7 years agoSusanIt is important to not feel guilty by feeling that we are not doing enough. But to do what we can and find peace in what we can do. It does not do us nor others any good, if we burn ourselves out. We each have the task of being caring and thus, to encourage others to be more caring, will indeed make a more caring world. I really appreciate you saying ‘I will choose to celebrate what I am doing.’ 2 Reply Trevor7 years agoTrevorAnd thank you for the encouragement!! 1 Reply Trevor7 years agoTrevorThere is always room for growth. Inside and out. In this world, cultivation of virtue and compassion never ceases. 2 Reply Patjos7 years agoPatjosThis is a hard question, as it sort of implies that I don’t do enough at the moment. But quite often I find that doing less is more. So I should keep practising my meditation as often as I am able and hope that I spend more time in silence. Keep practising my kindness and compassion as often as I remember, and that way I will become more and more trusting, peaceful and the Light of Love will shine through me more and more too. What more could we ask for? :))) 6 Reply Susan7 years agoSusanI have come to the conclusion that what this world needs is more people ‘doing less’ and meditating (and praying) more to allow the Silence of God to speak. Sometimes, we don’t need to do more because we get ourselves in the way. I agree with you, Patjos, we just need to let the ‘Light of Love’ shine through. This is a reminder for me, to just ‘let go and let God.’ 2 Reply Patjos7 years agoPatjosYeah, I soooo much get in the way :))) but even that is a good awareness to have, isn’t it? 1 Reply Trevor7 years agoTrevorGet used to these. And they will be very Happy we are working with them! This, among other, is a very good visualization we can all do, anytime, anywhere.
