Some pastel others jewel toned or electric and some the solid worth of browns or grays full of with nuance and shading. All essential to the Whole, we are a color web where all are equal and all are loved. 0 Reply Antoinette7 years agoAntoinetteBlue and all its nuances make our blue planet home. Blue skies, blue oceans and blue eyes make me smile. Blue moon and blue whales make me know we inter-are. Blue is the color of clean clear water connecting and flowing like a river. 2 Reply susan7 years agosusanThank you Antoinette for the beautiful blue ode. Here I am right this very minute, amidst juniper and oak and pine. Even in the twilight of autumn, the evergreens are here blessing me in the morning sunlight. 3 Reply Ose7 years agoOseI would write an ode to the colors of the rainbow, like you, Carol. It conveys a sense of mystery and awe, and I always feel joy when I see one. To me, it feels like a sign of hope and perspective, given as a free gift by nature to everyone, this heartwarming beauty. Have a good day everyone! 2 Reply Deb7 years agoDebBurgundy. It is a mixture of red and blue, maybe a tad of gray, green or black. Combination. As far as an ode to it: i’m not a poet and don’t I know it!! 3 Reply Carol7 years agoCarolWhat came to mind was the colors of a rainbow. Years ago, I was driving in Arizona and I literally drove into a double rainbow. It was awesome. I felt surrounded by color. 4 Reply kathleen7 years agokathleenI think I’d write an ode to white, because it is so bright, and it is what I associate with light. White is limitless and blank: it’s so inclusive, it could be a canvas for my life and put an end to strife. If I can remember white as source ?) of all the colors I can stay the course. 4 Reply Michael7 years agoMichaelred is the first color that popped so red u r heat and passion. red I think u bring any pain that I push through into fashion. I believe purple runs through my veins. but, when I give of myself to help others red reigns. I am grateful and thankful for all the colors including red. may today be a day of peace, joy, and positive action…enough said. 2 Reply Ann Kelly7 years agoAnn KellyOde to purple A luscious blend of colours Symbol of royalty Hue of flowers Feminine, soft, vibrant 3 Reply Grace7 years agoGraceOde to yellow Mellow yellow which finds itself in the centre of things Like the heart of a daisy or the inner spiral of a frangipani. Thanks for the joy you brought, as it changed my energy and color afterwards from a slight grey to vivid colorful impressions. And a friend just sparkled today, such a gift! 2 Reply Kevin7 years agoKevinThanks Ose, wishing you a brand new day today of vivid colors! My very best to you. 1 Reply Christina7 years agoChristinaThe electric colors: the pinks, greens, oranges, yellows. Love ’em; my eye is always drawn to them. Life is hard enough–add a little color, I say!! 3 Reply My Private Gratitude Journal Write an entry in your private gratefulness journal Get Started This site is brought to you by A Network for Grateful Living, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
