Gratefulness
I don’t think there is sutch a thing as small beauty. There is beauty in everyday day life, in fact, that’s where we find true beauty. It’s in the Now. True beauty is everywhere and gratitude helps me take it all in. The breath is the perfect example of beauty in its essence. Breathing in I feel spaciousness full of joy and exhaling I smile and feel love. This is maybe what some would call “small beauty. But is breathing really a small thing? It’s our life...

It’s our life force so, I say it’s huge beauty! Being connected to every is a gift to be grateful for. Hugely beautiful and worth bowing to.
I can make this life more meaningful by living truthfully true to my intentions for this life. Each day brings forth opportunities for gratitude. I’m grateful today for having started to map out gracefully my true intentions to manifest. Within the next 6-18 months I have created intentions which will help me to live true to my life’s purpose. I’m excited about my desires becoming real. It’s like the metamorphosis of spring unfolding right before me. Today is Good F...
Today is Good Friday and even if we are not religious, we can be thankful for Jesus and his teachings. Today gives meaning to my life because it’s like an awakening from a challenging time of my life. Like yesterday’s question made us think about the mud of life which is necessary for growth, today we can reflect on the resurrection of life. We have the opportunity to look for ways to manifest our deep desires and come home to our true selves. Today I find meaning in the resurrection and I’m grateful for love.
In the garden of life the whole garden can not be separated. The mud of the garden is a necessary aspect of our garden. Suffering and happiness are one. In order to truly understand love we have to have mud to pant our seeds and we cultivate loving kindness and compassion all day and night. Everyday we tend our garden being present to whatever is there. Being in the here and now we full accept whatever grows in our garden. We pay attention to what flowers we want to water m...

Everyday we tend our garden being present to whatever is there. Being in the here and now we full accept whatever grows in our garden. We pay attention to what flowers we want to water more. Cultivate love and flowers of compassion, at the same time we don’t push away whatever comes up. The weeds teach me to appreciate the all the flowers.
Our breath is an easy thing to take for granted because it’s always with us. The breath is something to very grateful for each and every day. I can remember to be grateful for my breath when I notice myself getting lost in thought. The breath is like an anchor in the Now. It grounds me and makes me whole. The breath calls me back home and allows me to open up to compassion and love for myself and everyone around me. The breath is the one thing that connects me to...

The saying is: With age comes wisdom. Everything changes and we cannot hang on to anything. I am old enough to have some wisdom and to understand that I have to accept change. I hope the older I get the more flexible I become. Wisdom helps to know how to let go of the things I cannot change and learn how to have grace in the flow of life. April 1st I turned 50 and I feel grateful for having lived this long. For me, 50 is about learning balance. Being grate...

What a beautiful and moving adventure full of hope of how all beings everywhere suffer and want to be loved. We are all connected. You give me hope and make me see that we can move mountians. “Keep on keeping on like bird that flew.”

May all sentient beings have equanimity, free from attachment, aggression and prejudice. May they be happy, and have the causes for happiness. May they be free from suffering and causes for suffering. May they never be separated from the happiness that is free from suffering. My intention each day is to have happiness and be free from suffering. I set out each day to try and help people and to not hurt anyone. I want my life to be filled with love and compassion and this is what I hope to send out to the world.
Congrats to you! Enjoy the calm you deserve it.
Lovely.
I did the same thing today! I took the dog out this morning and utilized all my senses to take in the breathtaking day. I felt full of gratitude for this Good Friday.
Wonderful Kevin! I relate to being in a space where we can share in our lives. Where ever we are we can, stop, look and go. We can be grateful for where we are and who we are with. Congrats on being retired! -Antoinette
