It just happened, out of the blue with no human interference. It happened miraculously. It happened because it was to be. It was the Divine Universe that brought this through and shifted the dis-ease in my body. 2 Reply Shawn Thomsen6 years agoShawn ThomsenMiraculous. Miraculous. I would describe miraculous as an event which brings a truth awakening moment to one’s life and changes one’s beliefs. I believe miracles happen every day. Maye not as big as some events but there are miracles. Today’s little miracle was noticing a change in the kid’s approach to math. The kid absolutely hates math and does everything imaginable to escape it and that is no joke. I am glad that he is starting to approach it with a little more seriousness and I enjoyed watching him try to solve the math problem. I also loved the look of accomplishment when he knows he solved the problem correctly. This tiny event of feeling the accomplishment is a miracle and I am grateful for moments like this. I appreciate the obstacles I had to overcome to teach the kid in a way that is approachable for him to learn. Something I know I can take away from this act is knowing he has the desire to learn and that in itself is miraculous. The actualization of the unexpected. Be ready for change, remain open for an infusion of grace; love = acceptance. 2 Reply elizabeth ward6 years agoelizabeth wardGreat. I think my finite mind is too small or limited to fully comprehend. Perhaps all of life is miracle. 5 Reply Ose6 years agoOseTo me it feels miraculous, when suddenly, a light inside is switched on, which offers an unexpected positive situation, perspective or insight, with a sense of something beautiful beyond our so-called “reality”. 6 Reply Robyn Karima6 years agoRobyn KarimaSomething that is God-given, which is everything really. Some things we are really struggling with or need help with. Then, when we collaborate with The Creator, through prayer and gratitude, a solution is often presented to us. This is a Miracle, because we allowed God to help us, rather than blocking with our ego and struggling in the name of pride. We connect to the source and allow the Light to act on our behalf. 3 Reply Antoinette6 years agoAntoinetteI’m going to quote A Course in Miracles which is a beautiful book with amazing teaching. What is a Miracle? A miracle is a correction. It does not create, nor really change at all. It merely looks on devastation, and reminds the mind that what it sees is false. It undoes error, but does not attempt to go beyond perception, nor exceed the function of forgiveness. Thus it stays within time’s limits. Yet it paves the way for the return of timelessness and love’s awakening, for fear must slip away under the gentle remedy it brings. A miracle contains the gift of grace, for it is given and received as one. And thus it illustrates the law of truth the world does not obey, because it fails entirely to understand its ways. A miracle inverts perception which was upside down before, and thus it ends the strange distortions that were manifest. Now is perception open to the truth. Now is forgiveness seen as justified. Forgiveness is the home of miracles. The eyes of Christ deliver them to all they look upon in mercy and in love. Perception stands corrected in His sight, and what was meant to curse has come to bless. Each lily of forgiveness offers all the world the silent miracle of love. And each is laid before the Word of God, upon the universal altar to Creator and creation in the light of perfect purity and endless joy. The miracle is taken first on faith, because to ask for it implies the mind has been made ready to conceive of what it cannot see and does not understand. Yet faith will bring its witnesses to show that what it rested on is really there. And thus the miracle will justify your faith in it, and show it rested on a world more real than what you saw before; a world redeemed from what you thought was there. Miracles fall like drops of healing rain from Heaven on a dry and dusty world, where starved and thirsty creatures come to die. Now they have water. Now the world is green. And everywhere the signs of life spring up, to show that what is born can never die, for what has life has immortality. I believe that miracles occur constantly. When our awareness shifts and we see with eyes of the divine a miracle occurs. We are so mesmerized by the way we were trained to “see” that I believe that’s what Jesus meant when he said: “Forgive them for they know not what they do.” Forgiveness is a miracle open to us in each and every moment. Each moment I inhale love and let go of the judging mind I am living a miracle. Blessings to everyone here. May you be happy May you be free from suffering May you be at peace Read More6 Reply Deb6 years agoDebAntoinette, it is with delight I read the excerpt from A Course in Miracles. I went thru it years ago and appreciated it then. Perhaps it is time to reread it. I am glad you posted it today! Thank you! 0 Reply kathleen6 years agokathleenI associate this word miraculous with healing. I have read of people who have experienced healing of physical ailments when they have healed relationships. This does not mean I believe in a simple co relation. 3 Reply Ed Schulte6 years agoEd SchulteHow would I describe something “miraculous”? By Dr D. R.
