Gratefulness
Like the thought of the day tells us we can do more in a year with love than 10 years filled with fear. So by letting go of any thoughts which do not serve love and compassion I can be more present. Each time the mind tries to bite the hook of fear or any other negativity I can choose to let it go. Let go of past and future and be grateful in the present moment.
I’m treating the world with Loving kindness and compassion. I’m starting out today with an intention of renewed energy and open to possibilities and opportunities. Sending out love to all for a joyful new year! May 2018 be full of gratitude and love.
My goal is to learn how to live in present moment awareness with an open attitude of gratitude full of joyful compassion and loving kindness.
When we’re grateful we naturally become more respectful. It seems to me each moment I’m grateful I am more respectful for others.
Where I live is a blessing for many reasons. One is that I’m well taking care of regarding a safety net of the socialist democracy welfare system. Having a good job has helped me as well. The health care system is really generous and caring. Norway is a peaceful country and there is little violence. My children and I have always felt safe. Clean air and water are a given, or as clean as they can be in this day and age. I’m grateful for being able to live in a very rich count...

Clean air and water are a given, or as clean as they can be in this day and age. I’m grateful for being able to live in a very rich country. It’s not cheap to live here, but these types of luxuries don’t come for free. I’m not sure how many counties could be like Norway other than the other Scandinavian countries which also have a very high standard of living. Every country has its pros and cons some more than others.
I forgive and love myself and all others. I embrace life and all its opportunities with an open heart. Feel free and let go of whatever is not serving. Cherish each moment with an attitude of gratitude.
The holy spirit who is me and everyone. Who only knows forgiveness and love no matter what without judgment.
Same as last year! 🙂
What I desire for my life and the world starts out with the 4 Immeasurable’s:
May all sentient beings have equanimity, free from attachment, aggression and prejudice. May they be happy, and have the causes for happiness. May they be free from suffering and causes for suffering. May they never be separated from the happiness that is free from suffering. My intention each day is to have happiness and be free from suffer...

May they be free from suffering and causes for suffering. May they never be separated from the happiness that is free from suffering. My intention each day is to have happiness and be free from suffering. I set out each day to try and help people and to not hurt anyone. I want my life to be filled with love and compassion and this is what I hope to send out to the world.
This moment is offering me the opportunity to be grateful. I’m grateful for this beautiful winter White wonderland I woke up to! Nature takes my breath away and leaves me in a state of awe! I’m so grateful that I have eyes to see and I’m blessed in each and every way.
I would miss love if it were no longer here, but thankfully that’s not possible. I’m grateful for love its always here.
Happy New Year to you too Kevin! Thank you !
Patjos, That’s part of the challenge isn’t it? Feeling alone and isolated. Thank you for the reminder. Today I will do my best to remember that I’m not alone. ????????
Deb, Thank you so much. I’m grateful for the prayers and angels. I hope and trust in them. I hope they guide me in thought, word and deed.
Thank you so much Sheila. Peace is exactly what I hope we all have.
Thank you Kathy, I’m so scared right now to send an email to my ex husband. I’m fearful he won’t chose to resolve our final agreement proposal and try to take me to court. Pushing he send button is putting me into a panic attack. I want resolution but I have to respect myself and be brave. I am worth it and I can do this!
Good for you Kevin! Good health care is so important. I am very grateful as well for having good health care. Thank you for posting this. Happy holidays to you and your family!
Ose, I’m feeling for you and with you. Forgiveness and love will free us. Each moment any harsh judgment comes into our minds we can be aware of these judgments and forgiveness is the key. Let go of the past and forgive. You are already forgiven over and over again even before you think you have done anything. This is Love. You are love.
welcome Laura! Good for you and I agree that health is super important! Once again I would say I’m grateful for life!
Malag, I miss my dog, Iffly and so do my three boys! I feel for you. Thankfully they teach us about love that never dies.
