By understanding this, and holding both truths, it gives me the freedom to choose how I want to participate with the gift of that moment–to make a conscious choice to make the moment matter even more than it did before. 2 Reply Susan7 years agoSusanJust coming here to Gratefulness for a moment of reflection and connection with all that is good and caring. 2 Reply KC7 years agoKCI can take a slow, conscious, full-bodied breath in… and out … 1 Reply Anonymous7 years agoAnonymousBy sipping this cup of gunpowder (green tea) slower than usual with an emphasis on being mind-full. 1 Reply Susan7 years agoSusanI love green tea and also matcha. I make iced green tea with a little matcha. So refreshing during the hot, summer months. When I walk with awareness of my divine nature, it is hard not to live as if every moment matters. 1 Reply Aine7 years agoAineBy paying attention to it. Too often my husband and I both buzz past the present moment en route to the next one, thus missing the point. It’s like driving way too fast on the interstate and missing the exit for food, and thus the opportunity to stop, rest, and nourish ourselves. 2 Reply Ed Schulte7 years agoEd SchulteWith a “word for the day” = “YES” 5 Reply grateful sea7 years agograteful seaBy opening to the interconnectedness of all. 3 Reply Michael7 years agoMichaelthis moment I need to find my normal early morning energy level. my diet, my “mindset”, and my activity/execution level are not where they need to be.
