In the midst of the heavy snowfall and often, risky driving we encounter here in Michigan, I want to be more grateful and recognize the immense beauty of all that nature brings to each season. I want to thank God, regardless of even because of, the different weather conditions we encounter. There is reason to notice and express gratitude in every situation and circumstance!
This morning,, a friend of mine texted me from the hospital to let me know that her husband's 'heart surgery failed because they were not able to do the repairs.' His heart is too weak for the heart surgery that is needed to heal his heart.

The interconnectedness of all life – how can I honor this?
By being there for a friend and offering comfort. And letting her know that I am praying for her and her husband to be at peace.
To connect to all that is good, sacred, peaceful, joyous and loving in life and then, let go. To let go and let God.
I honour the interconnectedness of all life by being aware of it and taking delight in it more and more as time goes on. that is what meditation is: the interconnectedness of the universe, known and unknown.
It is through respect that interconnectress can be honored. And through respect…love is! ????
By respecting others beliefs and opinions. Not always easy in this world of prejudice. I stopped to buy and talk to a Big Issue seller, other than my normal lady, and got ‘tutted’ by a passer by. I do not know why they tutted but the action towards us felt wrong. People so easily judge, including me sometimes, but surely we are all the same creation?
Excuse my ignorance, but what is a Big Issue seller?
The Big Issue is a street newspaper in the UK. It is written by professional journalists and sold by homeless individuals to help them earn money.
Through lovingkindness meditation, breath, and walks.
Among other things, I can be respectful to everyone–whether they’re known or unknown, and whether they deserve it or not.
I can honor the interconnectedness of all life by going vegan, a transition I am currently making. God-willing, next semester, I will speak with our school’s health expert, Amanda, and get some guidance on how to get started. Excited to be following a higher path of non-violence to all creatures!
I have been vegan for five years. It’s a really positive step to take. Just remember to take a B-12 supplement.
Good for you! My daughter is a Vegan and she has taught me so much about it. I am working on eating healthier and would like to follow her path.
Hot Sauce, my veganism is so important to me – it’s truly part of my religion, and I never felt healthier plus I lost weight without even meaning to! I am finally living my values and that means everything. Don’t be too hard on yourself as you make this transition. It literally took me years. For me, the more I read about the animals and educated myself about how most are raised and slaughtered, the more resolve I had. Congratulations on this wonderful decision.
I pray and meditate to and in the forest that surrounds me. Breathing exercises link me to the pulse of the silent, patient trees who strengthen my acceptance and adaptability to life.
“The Lord is good to all, and his tender mercies are over all his works.” Respect all life. Keep a non-violent diet. Pray for those humans who work in factory farms and slaughter houses where the “kill line” must keep going no matter what. Many of these humans develop PTSD. Have a veggie burger tonight!
By saying “thank you for your being here together with me” to everyone (and everything) I meet. I will exercise it today. Thank you! all here who share, visible or invisible.
by allowing myself to be touched by life and by being grateful
How Do I honor the interconnectedness of all life?
As a Researcher of Truth I made 7 promises to my self each day and try to Do them as consciously as possible.
These 7 promises include
serving the Divine Plan,
be always ready to serve the Divine Plan
meditating and contemplating Absolute Beingness,
making good use of all my abilities, thoughts and words
enduring patiently any trials tribulations,
loving and serving others with my whole heart and Soul, ....
and at the end of...

Occasionally I stop and appreciate how everything and everyone connects. This is a good question to remind me how that is important.
Remembering of the interconnectedness of all life in every thought, words and actions with responsibility, love and best wishes.
By cherishing the existence of all life and striving to be thankful and prayerful, for the life forms I consume as shelter, food and fiber.
By showing love and compassion to all that exists.
Close my eyes and rest my head and breathe it in.
Probably just realize it, be aware, although I am getting slowly more and more out of my prison of isolation.
