Just thinking about where I was on that terrible day makes my heart ache. Our whole nation mourns – again. To tie this into yesterday’s question about mindfulness i have to say that mindfulness helps to come back home to love which is what makes my heart sing. Hellen Keller is right in saying we can look for love at every moment because it’s there all around us. As it is stated in [Psalm 82:6] "You are gods. all all of you are sons of the Most High." It is about time humanity starts to understand those words. Any genuine effort, it may be as simple as holding open a physical door for another person or more ambitious ...such as offering programs with the intention of open "Other" doorway and clearing "fixed mind" ideas which block the Light ... What makes my heart sing? Any effort which attempts to Awaken Humankind to their True potential as Gods. No, not at all lilting or joyful today. In those times, a ray of sunshine, the sound of the breeze, the light playing on the leaves of the trees, the cool air of a winter morning.
