That dichotomy seems unlikely, but does so much to make me feel safe, calm, and in the amount of control that is necessary. ???? 4 Reply Kevin7 years agoKevinStaying with my breath like this makes me feel wonderful. Depending on what time of day I do this, it would also make me feel that it’s time to take a nap. 3 Reply Pilgrim7 years agoPilgrimAware. 3 Reply R.P. de Jonge7 years agoR.P. de JongeOne hour of free time. Nothing needs to be done. I’m drinking a Latte at a famous coffee-selling franchise. Deep breaths remind me of meditation.
